dailystar.co.ukShocking CCTV footage shows a police officer allegedly kick and punch a teenager on the floor in a UK city. The cop has been removed from frontline duty while West Midlands Police launch an investigation in the incident on April 21 in Birmingham.
A video emerged which allegedly shows the unnamed officer grappling with a 15-yer-old be seen moments after having restrained him.
The policeman then appears to floor him with a hit to the head and a kick on his body - which one witness described as "unnecessary." A witness said: "I was completely shocked at the conduct of the officer. "The kick was totally uncalled for and unnecessary." The 15-year-old had been told he would be stopped and searched under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
