A top psychotherapist has lifted the lid on the emotional strain I'm A Celebrity stars are about put themselves through - and warned they could act out sexually to deal with the stress.

Noel McDermott says entering the show is a shocking transition for the contestants and the impact mentally on them is huge. It's all change for the upcoming 2020 series, with the show relocating from the Australian jungle to Gwrych Castle in Wales due to the coronavirus pandemic.
