The examiner went on to say that Erick's death had been ruled as an accident.His death came two weeks after he pleaded not guilty to sexual battery – he was arrested and charged over the incident which was alleged to have happened at his Miami Beach home back in December 2019.Local police said that the victim reported Morillo making "several advances towards her," which she rejected.A representative for Erick told Mail Online: "Mr Morillo's arrest is based on an incident that occurred back on December 7, 2019.
