Hundreds of 'distressed' Scots were forced to queue for 'five hours' in the rain for booster jabs in a before being turned away by centre staff.
Reeling locals who'd booked booster jab appointments for Central Mosque in Glasgow were allegedly advised to go home and book a new appointment, despite claims there was no more availability online.
Workers at the centre in Glasgow's southside were reportedly 'overwhelmed' and had to refuse boosters to desperate attendees.
It comes as Scots frantically sign up to receive third jabs amid the rise in Omicron cases. One source claimed that on Tuesday evening 'upward of 300 people' were waiting to be vaccinated, with many being turned away unable to get a new slot and 'kicking off' in the process.
