A giant street mural declaring the words "Black Lives Matter" can be seen from space after lighting up the street opposite The White House in Washington DC.Black Lives Matter campaigners used yellow paint to write the name of the organisation in giant letters that stretched across 16th Street in the American capital city.The street – which has been renamed Black Lives Matter Plaza in solidarity with the movement – leads directly to the White House in the US capital.And while the image has drawn applause and fascination from many who have been snapping the street from street levels and rooftops, it seems the message stretches much further than a few blocks.California-based company Planet Labs shared a tweet on Saturday which showed the sign.
