Darrian Leu-Pierre, founder of charity L&D Gives, approached Jeremy and offered him help when he saw him at the Tokyo Joe's restaurant in Colorado, US on April 14.He learned that the rough sleeper was trying to fight off his long-term drug addiction and was one-week sober."He was taking drugs for years, since he was 15 years old, he was fighting demons and fighting addiction alone," Darrian told Daily Star in an exclusive interview."A week after I met, one of the nights we had dinner together and we offered him a job but he turned down and said 'I really want to go to rehab, I want to start a new life, I want to have a relationship'."That is when Darrian and his family stepped in and helped him out by registering him to a Christian.
