A Home Bargains worker lifted the spirits of a young mum who was struggling with her toddler as he had a meltdown in the store.

Rosie Morris' three-year-old son Ronnie was holding an orange dinosaur egg and wanted to open it before buying it. When his mum said no, the tot launched into a tantrum on the shop floor in Liscard.

Rosie, 23, told the Liverpool Echo : "The store was packed and he was hitting me. He threw himself to the floor and everything.
