Holly, 40, opened up about the incident in her new book Reflections but didn't name the colleague or exactly what they had said to her.
She said that the person had criticised her before saying that they'd be there to save her if she messed up, leaving Holly feeling deflated and disrespected.She wrote: "When they left the room, I cried.
