Holly Willoughby has spoken out about her reasons for holding back from sharing her true feelings on This Morning. The TV star has hosted the show alongside Phillip Schofield since 2009.

But she has now admitted to not revealing what she really thinks out of concern for the backlash. Holly, 40, opened up about the subject in her new book Reflections.
