The 39-year-old presenter sent her followers into a tizzy with the post, with several wondering what she could be up to. In the boomerang video, Holly is wearing a stunning pair of peep-toe yellow heels, complete with fringed bow detailing.
The blonde beauty's floating skirt is also on show, with Holly clicking her heels in the clip in a homage to Dorothy's iconic scene from The Wizard of Oz.
She referenced the 1939 film in the post's caption - as well as famous shoe designer Manolo Blahnik, favoured by Sex and the City's Carrie Bradshaw.
