That is according to The Independent who report Kane is keen to join either Manchester City or Manchester United if Spurs fail to secure Champions League football this season after growing increasingly frustrated with the club's muddling direction.
With Sergio Aguero leaving at the end of the season, City are in the market for a traditional centre-forward and they've been heavily linked with Kane, Erling Haaland and Romelu Lukaku, although all three players would command large transfer fees.
