Harry Kane made his first appearance of the season as Tottenham beat Wolves 1-0- but he didn't receive an easy ride from the home fans at Molineux.Kane, 28, missed Spurs' first two games of the season against Manchester City and Pacos de Ferreira after returning late to training following an extended summer break.
But the wantaway centre-forward was named amongst the substitutes against Wolves and was called upon with 20 minutes left, replacing Son Heung-Min.The City target showed no signs of rustiness following his introduction, forcing a save from Wolves stopper Jose Sa and picking up a yellow card for time-wasting as Tottenham ran out 1-0 winners.
