Hairdresser fined £17,000 stopped by police as she planned to reopen again in lockdown

Now, she's been told she could be arrested if she reopens again before the end of March.Ms Quinn promised her clients she would open up on January 30 with a number of messages on her social media account about “The Great Opening".But when she arrived at her salon, she was met by police.The business owner has not paid the fixed penalty notices she was issued with last year for repeatedly breaching lockdown rules.Kirklees Council has now been granted an injunction.
