Speaking to the Manchester Evening News he said:“It will be an opportunity to let off some steam, and get out the house really, we really want to make a positive impact on people’s mental health right now. “We’re doing a class every day from 10 am, it will be a place for people to support each other, have an opportunity to maybe look for work and get some help.“It’s been a difficult time for a lot of people so we’re keen to help out in any way.”Attendees will take part in group sessions led by personal trainers and will be allowed to use the facilities afterwards.Josh says there will be no need to produce proof of unemployment or furloughed status and is more than happy for working residents to attend the one hour sessions too.He said:.
