A grieving mum has revealed she is suing a health board over her daughter’s death after it admitted responsibility for the tragedy.
Rebecca Sangster, 31, was one of three women who took their own lives at Murray Royal Hospital in Perth. NHS Tayside pled guilty to failures between April 2012 and November 2015 which resulted in the deaths of Rebecca, Jodie McNab, 22, and Jacquelyn Proctor, 60.
Now Rebecca’s mum Ann, 63, has told how the family have launched an action for compensation at Edinburgh’s Court of Session.
