Greg Hemphill will team up with wife Julie Wilson Nimmo for a BBC Scotland documentary about wild swimming. The two Scots actors will travel the length and breadth of the country in a camper van to find its wildest open-water lochs, rivers and bays.Scots Squad star Julie has spoken in the past about her passion for wild swimming, which she says she took up when she reached the menopause and she's now "addicted".Chatting to the Sunday Post last year, Julie said: “I’m absolutely addicted to it – it’s a magical feeling.

I’m a woman of a certain age now, hot flushes and all that, but I go in and just forget about everything. Sometimes it’s only five minutes, sometimes longer, but it’s always worth it.

I love it and want to do it forever.” “My favourite part is coming out – you’re getting changed outside but you don’t care, and it’s the best cup of tea out of your flask afterwards.”The project comes after Julie, best known for her role as Miss Hollie in Balamory, and Still Game creator Greg recently teamed up for their first children's television show together, playing the role of Mr and Mrs Sawdust in 'Olga Da Polga', which is currently airing on CBeebies. And it looks like Julie may have her sights on other shows too, as she's previously revealed she would be keen to appear in Strictly Come Dancing.

Speaking while she co-presented the Clyde 2 breakfast show with Ewan Cameron in October, she said: "Are you kidding? I would absolutely love to do Strictly.
