Grangemouth resident launches THIRD bid to build house next to M9 motorway

A resident has launched a third attempt to build a house next to the M9 motorway in Grangemouth. Neil Foy is trying to get permission to build in his substantial garden of 6 Thistle Avenue, Grangemouth.
