Posting last week, the ex-weather girl who is now a TV host in her native, demonstrated her routine where she uses the Bigg.Fit app.
The 26-year-old started by performing the simple split leg lunge while carrying a 10kg weight bag on her back. Once she completed a few reps of those on each leg, she put on resistant bands around the lower part of her leg and completed side steps.
