Gordon Ramsay is cooking up a mega chain of 200 new restaurants across the world. The F-Word and Kitchen Nightmares star appears to be defying a global economic downturn by unveiling the plans.
The telly chef currently has 35 restaurants – 15 in London – and holds seven Michelin stars. His move for 200 eateries is in contrast to long-term rival Jamie Oliver, who scaled back his empire because of a cash crisis.
Dad-of-five Ramsay, 53 – worth a reported £160million – revealed his bold plans in financial reports filed to Companies House last week.
