First he was told to "get a grip" as fans slammed the £19 price tag for breakfast at his Savoy Grill restaurant, before a customer left a furious review online when he saw the size of his £23 steak and chips at York and Albany in London.
Undeterred by the recent feedback, Gordon took to social media to show off a video of his Sunday lunch with the caption: "Sundays at Savoy Grill....
roast sirloin of beef with all the trimmings.... absolutely stunning!!" It showed a cut of beef, three roast potatoes, two carrots, broccoli and a large Yorkshire pudding, as gravy was carefully drizzled over to get the taste buds tingling.
