Gogglebox's Ellie Warner takes extended break from show as she cares for boyfriend

Show bosses have been supportive towards both Izzi and Ellie and they have been told to take all the time they need before returning to the Channel 4 show.Ellie has remained by Nat's side as she's shown the utmost support to her partner while he recovers.The couple have been inundated with support ever since it was confirmed that Nat was fighting for his life in the hospital.He is currently in a critical but stable condition.A source told The Sun: "Ellie and Izzi are two of the most loved regulars on the show but it wouldn't be right for them to have to film a light hearted show when Nat is in such a critical condition."Producers have made it clear there is no pressure to return to filming and they can take all the time they need."Ellie has remained off social media since the tragic incident, but her last photo of Nat, which was posted on February 14, has been flooded with thoughts and prayers.On March 18 Nat was rushed to intensive care after being hit by a car in Leeds in the early hours of the morning.
He suffered a broken neck and back as well as two collapsed lungs and was initially placed on a life support machine. A source had previously told the publication that Ellie "barely left the hospital" since the incident and that Nat was getting brilliant care and treatment.
