Gogglebox consider Tok Tok duo as pair could become show's next big stars

Gogglebox bosses look set to debate the inclusion of allowing TikTok stars on the show after the phenomenal success off the app during lockdown.

Producers have worked hard over the years to make sure the Goggleboxers on the show represent a wide range of people from every corner of society and have regularly switched up the stars from series to series.

Daily Star Online understands that TikTok duo Dan and Lucy, who have over 3 million likes on the platform and 166,000 followers, have been put forward to appear on Series 16 later this year.

The couple post light hearted prank style videos which regally pick up tens of thousands of views. A source told Daily Star Online: "Gogglebox bosses are always on the look out for new people to appear
