Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Girl preyed upon and sexually abused by 'up to 300 men' by the time she was 17

A girl has been left traumatised after she was groomed and sexually abused by up to 300 men by the time she was just 17. The girl was initially targeted by vile predators at 14-years-old and would regularly escape through windows after her parents locked her in the house to try and keep her safe.

Her family contacted social services after she would often return home dishevelled and under the influence of alcohol and drugs, Leeds Crown Court heard on Wednesday.

During one incident, she was naked from the waist down when she arrived back to the house, Leeds Live reports. The court was told how the girl was sexually assaulted and raped by men who would continuously preyed on her.Another terrifying incident saw a man hold a knife to her throat while he assaulted her.Prosecutor Kate Batty told the court the girl's parents was told by social services on one occasion that "she must love it if she keeps going back."She added that the girl said she was abused by between 200 and 300 men by the time she was 17.One of the men that abused the girl was Nasarat Hussain.Hussain was 17 at the time he tried to rape the girl in a bathroom at a house in Moorbottom Road, Huddersfield.

The house was regularly used by a grooming gang to abuse vulnerable teenage girls from the area.Hussain, who is now 33, was known to the girl as "nurse" and attempted to rape her in a bathroom.
