Manchester City will face Atletico Madrid in the quarter-finals of the Champions League after the two clubs were paired together during Friday's draw in Nyon.
Atletico, fresh from eliminating Manchester United from the competition, will be tough opponents, but as always Pep Guardiola and his side will feel confident that they can reach the semi-finals for the second year running.
City will host the first leg at the Etihad Stadium on either April 5th or 6th, before travelling to Madrid for the second leg on either April 12th or 13th.
The semi-final draw was also conducted, meaning that should City get past Atletico, they will face either Chelsea or Real Madrid for a place in the final.
