Ghislaine Maxwell is being moved between cells as prison as prison authorities attempt to prevent inmates killing her, it is claimed.

The 58-year-old Brit, who faces a string of child sex abuse charges, is in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Maxwell is the former girlfriend of convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who died in prison last year while he was awaiting trail.
