Geordie Shore's Natalie Phillips says watching herself on MTV show made her lose 5 stone

Geordie Shore star Natalie Phillips has opened up on what inspired her to drop five stone and tells all about her inspirational charity work.The reality TV personality has recently been nominated for the Celeb of The Year gong at the National Diversity Awards and is up against some big stars such as Lewis Hamilton and Marcus Rashford.In the light of her nomination, she spoke exclusively to the Daily Star about how delighted she was to be shortlisted for the award and her journey since leaving the wild MTV reality show.Natalie, 33, left the programme a year and a half ago and since then she has definitely not been at home twiddling her thumbs.The TV star has been incredibly busy racking up charity work and taking part in multiple mountain climbs.Over the past few years, she has worked with charities such as Centre Point, Get Fit for Mental Wellness and Joe’s Giants, as well as being an ambassador for both Lyla and Lilley’s Stars and Amp Camp Kids.Talking about her nomination, Natalie said: "I never really pushed being a big name I've just cracked on with the charities.

To get this recognition is like the biggest achievement ever."In October 2021, Natalie climbed Mount Snowdon using “just one leg”, to raise awareness for Amp Camp Kids, a charity for amputee children.Alongside raising funds, her active charity work has definitely helped contribute towards her physique as she is constantly on the go and has had a lifestyle overhaul since being on Geordie Shore.When asked if she would go back on the MTV show, she said she "couldn't" full-time, however, would consider going back for a one-off reunion special.Speaking about all of her crazy antics on the reality show, Natalie also revealed that she had no regrets about her.
