Gary Lineker has joked Charlie Savage could be "hopeless" just like his dad after the 18-year-old made his Manchester United debut in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.Charlie is the teenage son of former Leicester and Derby midfielder Robbie Savage who now works as a pundit on BT.Like his dad, Charlie has risen through the ranks at the prestigious Man Utd academy though Savage junior has already accomplished something 47-year-old Robbie never managed.The younger Savage was brought on as an 89th-minute substitute of the Red Devils Champions League clash against Young Boys.Whereas Robbie was never able to make the grade at Old Trafford despite being awarded a professional contract.Now, former BT Sport colleague Lineker has had a pop.
