Gary Lineker couldn't resist a cheeky dig at Manchester United during Saturday's broadcast of Match of the Day - leaving some supporters unimpressed.
Lineker, who has hosted the BBC highlights show since 1999, made the not-so-subtle quip in reference to the fact that Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea and United all needed penalties to pick up three points this weekend.Raheem Sterling netted the all-important spot-kick for City against Wolves, Mohamed Salah struck for Liverpool, Jorginho bagged a last-minute winner for Chelsea, and Cristiano Ronaldo sealed United's win over Norwich.
Never one to miss an opportunity for a gag at someone else's expense, Lineker took aim at the Red Devils as he was finishing off the show.
