Frank Lampard says he is "happy" with Timo Werner's start to life at Chelsea and backed the Germany international to bounce back from his country's heavy defeat to Spain.
Werner netted twice in Germany's 3-1 Nations League win over Ukraine last weekend but was on the receiving end of a 6-0 drubbing by Spain three days later.
At club level, the 24-year-old has scored eight times in 12 games and has been in fine form of late with five goals in his last four matches.
