Bolton have been slapped with £100 fines after breaching the 10pm curfew. £100 fines were issued to LA Pizza, inn Crompton Way, Grillicious on Tonge Moor Road, Allens Fried Chicken on Chorley Old Road and Pizza Corner on Higher Market Street, Farnworth for operating a takeaway service on September 10 after 10pm.Bolton Council said that the takeaways were caught operating on CCTV and the executive cabinet member for environment regulatory services, Coun Hilary Fairclough, said there is increased enforcement activity including patrol cars.
