Florence Pugh is opening up about what the plans are for bringing her once-upon-a-time pandemic cooking show to the small screen.
During her appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast to promote A Good Person, the 27-year-old actress updated fans about just what’s happening with the show. Keep reading to find out more… Florence revealed that she is still hoping to turn the short cooking tutorials into a proper show. “When I started that in the pandemic, there was real conversations throughout, but just due to shooting schedules and it not quite being the right style of show we just had to put it on a back burner,” she shared. “But it’s definitely in the works.
It’s happening. We’re trying to make something happen.” Florence also opened up about coming from a “food family” and explains that it influenced her want to explore a food show further. “I just grew up in such a foodie family where food was so important and good food was really important and also educating us that these are the things that are going to make you feel good and make you feel happy,” she adds. “We were basically encouraged to try and eat everything — we couldn’t get around not eating things.” Just recently, director Zach Braff opened up about why he wrote A Good Person just for Florence.
