She added: "I reduced my calories from 2,150 to 1,950 over the weeks."I started going running 2/3 times a week, just when I feel like it, going as far as I like."No pressures on it as 'cardio' instead just seeing it as a way of moving my body."I progressively overloaded much more in my workouts than ever before (incorporating top sets and de-load sets)."The influencer said that was "literally it" as she told followers those were her only changes and it's "simple really".
