The family of a ten-year-old boy attacked by a serial stabber say they are in a "living a nightmare" as they helplessly watch him suffer.
Carlos Racitalal, 33, was convicted of four counts of attempted murder after his rampage through the streets of Leicester in January.
Racitalal stabbed a man in his 70s, before he attacked the youngster who was saving a parking space for him mum in the street at the time.
A women in her 30s was also stabbed and a a five-year-old girl who suffered a broken nose, cuts and bruises after she was hit with a car.
