The family of a 72-year-old woman who says she no longer feels safe in her Salford house say they are 'disgusted' after being told to consider moving her into a 'care home'.
Linda Chester says she is too scared to keep her windows open at her one-bedroom home following a number of shocking incidents.
The great-grandmother, who has COPD and stage two dementia, has also battled a damp problem, which she says causes a 'stink'.
Her loved ones want to move her to a two-bedroom property, with space for a relative who cares for her, where she can feel safe - in what is known as a 'managed move'.
