criminal Graham Coutts has been told by prison bosses that the taking of organs from inmates is unethical. But he has now written to Health Secretary Matt Hancock from his cell at top security HMP Wakefield, West Yorks, dubbed "Monster Mansion" due to the depraved crimes of some of its inmates.In the letter Coutts offered a kidney, part of his liver and his bone marrow.In a blog published online, the murderer revealed: “Quite some time ago I investigated the possibility of becoming an organ donor.“The prison told me that prisoners cannot be organ donors – it’s a matter of ethics – whatever that means.“Is it ethical to let someone die instead of allowing a prisoner to donate a life-saving organ?
