Everton "know very well what to do" when it comes to making a transfer move for Hirving Lozano. That's according to Carlo Jacomuzzi, the Merseyside club's scout in Italy.
But his latest comments on the Napoli winger's situation are somewhat at odds with remarks he made last week, when he suggested Lozano, known as Chucky, would not be a success in the Premier League.
Lozano joined Napoli in a £36m deal from Dutch club PSV Eindhoven in summer, making him the Serie A giant's record signing. However, so far he has struggled in Italy and is already being linked with a move away.
