The Desperate Housewives star appeared on MSNBC amid celebrations as Biden won the 270 electoral college votes to take the White House after a battle with Donald Trump.According to AP, Biden won 55% of women’s votes nationwide, backed by 56% of voters under 45 and 90% of Black voters – while Boston Globe reported ‘vote tallies and preliminary exit polls show Latinos overwhelmingly came out for Biden in record-shattering numbers, helping him score victories in the heavily Latino populated states of Arizona and most likely Nevada, as well as potentially playing a key role in wins in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and possibly Georgia’.
