Lowndes, picking up a pair of handcuffs, replies: "Snapped 'em off."The man then asks: "Got a message for that copper?" Lowndes replies: "F*** 'em".He is then heard saying: "Come and get me the third time."Lowndes, from Tameside, was due to appear in court on Saturday (July 11), but said he felt unwell and was taken to Tameside General Hospital under guard.Officers were scouring Reddish Vale.
