England prop Joe Marler considering quitting rugby after 10-week ban for genitals grab

dailystar.co.ukJoe Marler could walk away from professional rugby aged just 29 following the incident that took place during England’s Six Nations win over Wales.
The prop has become disillusioned with the game after the punishment which prompted a vicious backlash on social media, after which Marler deleted both his Twitter and Instagram accounts.
Marler had made his name as Eddie Jones’ first-choice loosehead prop during this year’s tournament, but has not returned to Harlequins since the the grab took place.
The ongoing coronavirus lockdown is said to have given the 2019 Rugby World Cup runner-up the chance to spend more time with his family, while presumably thinking about the next step in his career.
