Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. A number of major energy firms are pulling their cheapest fixed-energy deals off the market. It comes as industry experts predict a significant rise to the price cap from £1,568 currently to £1,723 from October for the average dual-fuel household - an increase of £155.
British Gas, Co-Op, and Octopus Energy have increased the prices of their fixed tariffs while EDF and Outfox the Market have outright removed their cheapest tariffs for customers.
EDF's tariff, which was discontinued earlier this week, offered customers savings of up to £156 a year based on the assumption that the price cap would have increased to £1,763 in October.
Data from uSwitch suggests that the cheapest fixed deals are now as much as £103 more than before the tariffs changed significantly.
