Emmerdale fans fell in love with her when she hit our screens in 2009, but what has the teenage actress been up to since she left the Dales?Fan favourite Grace Cassidy joined the set at the age of just 16 but it’s fair to say the brunette beauty has spread her wings since she left the show.The 28 year old starred in more than 200 episodes of the popular soap when she played the role of Hannah Barton, the youngest child of John and Moira.The northern actress was involved in a number of juicy storylines before she left the show and despite her short time on the popular soap, the TV star was sorely missed on set.Loyal viewers will remember Hannah had her fair share of tumultuous relationships as they watched the teen struggle in love with Andy.
