EKSA E900 gaming headset last month, I was very impressed. One of the most comfortable headsets in budget price bracket, the E900 was beaten only by the Turtle Beach Recon Sparks, thanks mostly to the overly sensitive microphone and the fact that the recon sparks were slightly better for those who wear glasses.

Like the Recon Spark, there’s an improved version on the market that we need to look at. We were very critical of the Recon 200s not being worth the bang for your buck, so with the same vein, let’s look a critical look at the EKSA E900 Pros.

First things first: price.The EKSA E900 pros weigh in at $40.00 — just $4 more than their base unit. Given that the E900s were a close second favourite before, it’s not going to take many.
