Eden Hazard has admitted his first season at Real Madrid has been “bad” with the former Chelsea star having struggled at the Bernabeu.
Hazard got his move to Los Blancos last summer however missed the opening games of the season due to injury. When he did return, the Belgian appeared overweight and it took time before he looked close to his best.
However injuries have struck again with the former Blues star fracturing his ankle last month. And Hazard has admitted that his first season in the Spanish capital has been less than ideal however he has vowed to be stronger when the next campaign begins. "My first season at Madrid is bad, but not everything is bad," Hazard told RTBF. "It is an adaptation season.
