Eddie Hall's wife Alexandra makes the former World's Strongest Man six meals a day which all have to be served "on a platter".As part of his preparations to take on fellow strongman Hafthor Bjornsson in Dubai on Saturday, 'The Beast' has been eating a diet of up to 7,000 calories a day.

Alexandra has previously opened up on this diet, having explained that Hall had altered his calorie intake to prepare for the fight as he looked to shred fat and maintain muscle.Hall is making his boxing debut in the highly-anticipated exhibition bout with Bjornsson, as they settle years of rivalry.Speaking to StokeonTrentLive in 2020, Alexandra explained: “Eddie’s diet changes depending on what it is he is trying to achieve.

At the minute, he is trying to lose fat and maintain muscle, so he is eating around 7,000 calories per day.“He usually eats six meals per day, and the focus is on carbs, protein and vegetables.“Eddie doesn’t eat normal sized meals, so I have to serve it to him on a platter because it’s too much food to fit on a plate.Who will win the bout between Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson?
