DANNY Dyer makes sure he keeps his distance as filming for Eastenders finally gets underway.  The TV hard-man, 42, who plays Mick Carter stands opposite his wife, Linda Carter, played by Kellie Bright, 43, outside of the Queen Vic pub in exclusive new pictures from the programme.  The cast has started to resume filming for new episodes at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.  The BBC soap will shorten its episodes to 20 minutes when it returns instead of the usual half an hour but will air four times a week.  EastEnders executive producer Jon Sen said: "Resuming production is incredibly exciting and challenging in equal measure.
