Phil wants to win Sharon back after their marriage took a majorly rocky turn, and it appears he may flash the cash to do so.
He sat down for a chat with Shirley Carter (Linda Henry), who let slip that the famous pub would soon be going up for sale and it would be the perfect way to get back in Sharon's good books.
And fans were left seriously excited about the potential newbies behind the bar, rushing to Twitter to share their delight. One said: "I can't wait to see Sharon behind that bar!
