You've not even had a child and look at the state of your body."As Gurlaine shared the swipe on her Instagram, she confessed that while she didn't take the comments to heart, she was unhappy to see the message.She wrote: "Yesterday I uploaded a video to my stories in which I messaged about with my food bloat, jokingly comparing myself to my pregnant sister (see slide 2).

As a result I got a direct message from someone I don't know (see slide 3) body shaming me."Thankfully, I am confident in my own skin.

Of course I have insecurities with certain parts of my body like everyone else, but nothing too extreme."Gurlaine recognised that for others things are different, because some people really struggle with body image and body confidence.She added: "They aren't able to feel comfortable within themselves each day, and sadly it doesn't stop there."These struggles can lead to poor health and diet, depression, self doubt, self harm and mental health issues."Gurlaine warned that someone could be struggling already before receiving the message and added they might not be able to "shrug it.
