EastEnders actor Nick Wilton once starred in naked advert with Gordon Ramsay

EastEnders actor Nick Wilton, 65, appeared naked in an advert featuring Gordon Ramsay.The reoccurring character first featured on the BBC show in 2008, where he managed to irritate many of the show’s characters during his 52 appearances.Brave Nick also made cameos in plenty of other popular TV shows and barred all for a Specsavers advert alongside TV chef Gordon, 55.READ MORE: EastEnders Mr Lister star's life - Gordon Ramsay link, rival soap roles and second jobThe advert was filmed in 2011, during one of Nick’s most prolific times on EastEnders and featured the actor walking into a steam room and undressing himself.

As he closes his eyes to relax, he picks up a carrot, as the steam dissipates and cooking equipment starts to appear in the background.It is then revealed that Nick is actually sitting naked in Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen.Surrounding chefs watch in horror as Nick tries to cover his modesty as Gordon angrily slices up a sausage.The brand's "should've gone to Specsavers" slogan then appears on screen, as Nick sits in awkward silence.

The creative director for Specsavers, Graham Daldry, spoke to The Drum about Nick's performance at the time. It was earlier in the year when he first took an interest in Honey, with a repeated dalliance occurring between the two during Tuesday's episode (August 16).
