EAMONN Holmes and Ruth Langsford are planning on turning their garage into a gym for daily workouts after being axed from This Morning.
The popular telly pair want to focus on their fitness to preserve their bodies and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Speaking to the Mirror, Ruth 60, said: "A lot of fitness experts advocate weight or resistance training to give yourself tone, strengthen your core, posture and strengthen your bones, therefore staving off osteoporosis in older age.
