Singer Duffy has written a hard-hitting message to her 202,000 Instagram followers, urging them to talk during the coronavirus lockdown.

Just weeks ago, the Welsh star returned to the public eye after 10 years away, revealing the harrowing news that she had been kidnapped, drugged and raped for a four-week period.
